FRANCISCO HERNÁNDEZ SPÍNOLA
Born in Santander in 1971.
Degree in Law from the University of Navarra.
Civil servant of the Civil State Administrators.
He has been Education Deputy Attaché at the Consulate of Spain in New York. Previously he was the Education Attaché in the Spanish embassies in China (2014-2017) and in Poland (2012-2014).
In the General State Administration, he was an advisor at the General Secretariat of the Treasury of the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness (2012) and General Director of Personnel Costs and Public Pensions at the Ministry of Economy and Finance (2009-2012). Between 2007 and 2009, he was undersecretary of the Ministry of Public Administration and, from 2006 to 2007, General Director of Human Resources and Economic-Budgetary Services of the Ministry of Health and Consumer Affairs.
Previously, he developed practically his entire professional career in the field of education and held, among others, the positions of general coordinator of the National Agency for the Evaluation of Quality and Accreditation (ANECA), Director of the Cabinet of the Secretary of State for Education and Universities and advisor to the Secretary of State for Education, Universities and Research in the Ministry of Education and Culture.
